f) ANONYMIZED DATA: data relating to the Holder that cannot be identified, considering the use of reasonable technical means available at the time of its processing;

Pursuant to article 18 of the LGPD, the Holder has the right to obtain, in relation to the data processed, at any time and upon request, the following:
a) Confirmation and access: receive information about confirmation of the existence of processing of your personal data, which personal data is processed and with whom it is shared, and may also request access to personal data being processed by Rotary-Ax;
b) Correction: request the correction of personal data that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date;
c) Revocation of consent: in cases of processing of personal data based exclusively on consent, express the revocation of this authorization at any time, through an accessible and free channel, so that the data is deleted;
d) Anonymization, blocking or deletion: request anonymization, blocking or deletion when personal data is unnecessary, excessive or treated in non-compliance with the provisions of the LGPD or this Policy;
e) Portability: request the transfer of data to another service or product provider, upon express request and observing commercial and industrial secrets, in accordance with legal regulations and with the exception of data that has already been anonymized by Rotary-Ax;

The Holder has the right to petition the ANPD in relation to their data in relation to treatments carried out by Rotary-Ax, use legal means to enforce this instrument and applicable laws and oppose processing carried out in violation of legislation applicable or with this Policy.
The Holder will exercise their rights by means of an express request to Rotary-Ax, which may be formulated by them or by a legally constituted representative, sent to the email indicated at the beginning of this policy.
The request will be met at no cost to the Holder, within a reasonable period of time or as stipulated by law or regulation, under the terms established in this Policy and legal regulations, and may be responded to immediately in a simplified form or within 15 (fifteen) days, in full, under the terms of art. 19, II, of the LGPD.
In the event of a request for correction, deletion, anonymization or blocking of data, if it has been shared with a third party, Rotary-Ax will immediately inform the operator so that it also complies with the instructions regarding the Holder's request.
If it is impossible to immediately adopt the measures, Rotary-Ax will send the Holder a response in which it may (i) communicate that it is not the processing agent (controller or operator) of the data and indicate, whenever possible, the actual person responsible; or, (ii) indicate the reasons in fact or in law that
prevent the immediate adoption of the measure.
- WHAT SECURITY MEASURES ARE ADOPTED WHEN PROCESSING DATA?
Rotary-Ax will adopt security, technical and administrative measures, in accordance with the nature, volume and purpose of the personal data processed and stored, without, however, being responsible for illegal interceptions or violations of its systems or databases, or for the use by unauthorized persons, or the inappropriate use of information obtained through these means, in situations in which, to avoid the illicit act, security measures appropriate to the nature, volume and purpose of the personal data processed have been taken.
Rotary-Ax will communicate, within a reasonable period of time after becoming aware of the fact, to the ANPD and the Holder the occurrence of a security incident that may result in significant risk or damage from the improper use of personal data, in accordance with the LGPD.
Rotary-Ax reserves the right to totally or partially block the Holder's access to the website, regardless of prior notice, if any suspicious behavior is detected that could jeopardize the security and stability of the website.
- HOW LONG WILL MY DATA BE PROCESSED?
The Holder's personal data will be deleted after the period necessary for the purpose of the processing, and may be stored in accordance with art. 16 of the LGPD, respecting the legal storage periods for compliance with legal and contractual obligations and for the regular exercise of rights in judicial, arbitration or administrative proceedings, or in other legitimate cases of maintaining personal data in accordance with legislation and/or the applicable regulations.

The Holder confirms the veracity of the data provided, under penalty of applicable legal liability.
Rotary-Ax reserves the right to modify this instrument in any of its provisions, publicly announcing when it does so.
The Holder declares that they are aware that they must keep their data updated and that they are aware that, for all purposes, communications made by Rotary-Ax through the registration data provided by the Holder will be considered valid.
If any provision of this instrument is considered illegal, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions will not be affected and will remain valid and applicable. Any failure of Rotary-Ax to enforce or enforce any direct or indirect provision hereof shall not constitute
a waiver of this right or provision, and the tolerance of one party towards the other regarding the failure to comply with any of the obligations assumed in this Policy will not imply novation or waiver of right.
Rotary-Ax will keep the entirety of this Policy available for consultation on its website, which will remain in force for as long as the effects resulting from your membership last, and may be updated without compromising its validity.

The parties elect the jurisdiction of the District of Curitiba, State of Paraná, to resolve any doubts arising from the application of this instrument.
